1. What CureLyx Is

CureLyx is a directory and discovery platform that helps patients find diagnostic labs and lets labs list their services, pricing, and contact details. We connect patients and labs directly — we are not a diagnostic lab, healthcare provider, payment processor, or party to any transaction between a patient and a lab.

2. No Verification or Guarantee

Lab listings — including names, accreditations, pricing, test menus, and facility details — are provided by the labs themselves. CureLyx does not independently verify, inspect, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of this information, the accreditation status of any lab, the quality or accuracy of any test or report, or the competence of any lab's staff. Patients should independently confirm any details that matter to them directly with the lab before booking.

3. Direct Responsibility Between Patient and Lab

All bookings, sample collection, testing, payments, and reports are arranged and carried out directly between the patient and the lab. CureLyx is not involved in and takes no responsibility for pricing disputes, payment issues, appointment scheduling, report accuracy or delivery, or the quality of service provided by any listed lab.

4. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CureLyx and its owners/operators are not liable for any loss, damage, medical outcome, financial loss, or dispute arising from your use of any lab found through this platform. Use of this platform and any lab's services is at your own discretion and risk.

5. For Labs Listing on the Platform

By registering a lab listing, you confirm that the information you provide (including accreditations and pricing) is accurate and that you are authorized to list this business. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for the services you provide to patients who contact you through the platform.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
