1. What We Collect

When you search for labs or tests, we collect your search terms and location text to show relevant results. When you register a lab listing, we collect the contact and business details you provide (name, phone, WhatsApp number, address, pricing, etc.). We also log basic interaction data such as page views and clicks on Call/WhatsApp buttons to help labs understand interest in their listing.

2. What We Don't Collect

We do not require patients to create an account or provide personal health information to search the directory. Clicking Call or WhatsApp on a lab listing takes you directly to that lab's own phone/WhatsApp — we do not see or store the contents of that conversation.

3. How We Use It

We use collected information to operate the directory (showing search results, lab profiles, and owner dashboards) and to help labs manage their own listing. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Lab Owner Accounts

If you register as a lab owner, your login email and account activity are stored to operate your dashboard and billing tools. You can request account or listing deletion at any time by contacting us.
